FD vs ZX6R
Not much of a fight in this one.. but he gave it his all...
Going down a stretch of road and an orange Kawasaki pulls out next to me. We were coming up on construction and I was going to make a left so he crosses 3 lanes to make a left with me, the international sign for "its on". Light turns green and I make my left getting out of first gear (its all tire spin). Second isn't much better but it at least lets him think he has a chance. The rider gets on it and puts his rear tire at my fender as im getting busy repaving the asphalt with too skinny of rubber on the rear end. Bail out into 3rd gear and im half a car in front of him, granny shift into 4th and its no longer a competition.
Make a left at the next light and pull over, as does the rider. All I get is a less than emphatic "WHAT THE **** IS IN THAT THING?!" followed by him trying to list off as many 4 and 6 cylinder motors he can think of. I mention the engine is a rotary and I can see the glaze form over his eyes and he gets lost so I just pop the hood. "Well nice run, nice car!" We shake hands and part ways.
Oh this was totally all done on closed, private use, roadways.
