So my bro raced this complete dick of a guy a few months back. He had just bought a SLAMMIN' 350z.... I mean this thing could 0-60 in 3.1 seconds. There is a spot local to us that everybody races at, so naturally we got the thing ready to go and drove on down. On the way there I race him in my white FC, we do a couple of goes at it. I kept up him from a roll at 45mph, but he totally smoked me off the line. That thing was quick. So we get to the races and I have a go at some idiot in an RX-8 who actually thinks he can beat a 7 in an 8.... idiot. He did pass me randomly a couple of times though, must have been the timing mod going whack again.... anywas, I walk the guy like nothin.... then this ******** pulls up and challenges my bro to a race. His ride was pretty sweet, new skyline GT-R, must have cost him like $80,000.... anyways. They do their thing, my bro flips his car somehow; so now its up to me to avenge him, right?
Fast forward, I get my FC suped up like crazy, paint it to look like an s14 and then go racing. I meet the guys crew, get in one little fight and my mom got scared and said you're moving in with your aunt and uncle in Bel-Air. Worst movie ever.

not to be a smart a$$ but the Nissan GT-R is not a Skyline. its a GT-R. in japan the Skylines are the Infinity G35 in North America. and i would buy a Skyline R32, R33 or R34 anytime before a GT-R. lucky us in Canada we can get them because of the 15year clause, actully we can't buy the R34 yet

when you talk about the skyline GT-R do you talk about the all wheel drive 2.6l 6inline http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Skyline or the 3.8L V6. because the 6inline is a Skyline and the new 3.8l v6 twin turbo is not a Skyline. its a GT-R or a nissan GT-R http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_GT-R

in ottawa i saw one nissan gt-r and its an asian boy who own it and i got to say it look pretty badass.
same with the hyundai genesis its not the new tiburon its a new car concept like the nissan GT-R

BTW i'm not saying you didnt see the car, i find just weird a guy would pay 80000$ for a skyline. if he did, then he got screw big time.

lol. to be honest. i drove the GT-R 2.6l twin and the GT-S 2.5l single and i had way more fun on the GT-S one, why? cuz its RWD. AWD cars a boring, not enough feeling of the road.
but they don't drive it to look cool, they drive it cuz they love it. it would be sad if everybody would be driving a RX7. i love my FD so i can make fun of the RX8 lol. i'm a big RX8 hater. the renesis is a million steps behind in rotary enginering when you talk about performance.

i dont talk about technology, i talk about performance, intake ports and exhaust ports on the irons will give less power than intake ports and exhaust ports on the housing. a 13b-rew is not like a peri-port but WAYYYYYY closer than a renesis. if a renesis engine would be better in performance people would say screw the peri and lets go with the ports on the irons. the flow is more direct on a REW than a renesis. as for technology in the engine, a renesis is in front for sure

if you own a stock fd, remove the pipe from your y-pipe to your intercooler, the go race at the red light a rx8, you will beat him on the 1/4 with at lease 3 car lenght. it happen to me last summer. i was at a red light and a boy in is rx8 pull up next to me and he chalenged me, i told him he wasn't worth my gas and my girlfriend told me to give her. we race, i whoop his *** by 3 car lenght and when i launch i hear a big woosh sound and was running on 1psi of boost ( even a N/A engine would run like that if you put a boost gauge on it) when i park at the tims horton( donut/coffee place) my pipe from the y-pipe to the intercooler was disconected. so i had a major boost leak.so i beat him even with my intercooler still attach to the car but with no boost. then please tell me how a renesis give more performance than a REW. and remember i dont talk about technology. i talk about performance.

if you FC beat a stock FD, you have mods on it. even a FCturbo II stock is slower than a stock FD an stock RX8 will never beat a stock FD. you have to **** with me on that one. anyway i'm out of that discussion.

Stock FD's destroy rx8s. Stock s2k's slightly walk away from rx8s lol.
I remember one time leaving an rx7/rx8 meet and i was behind an rx8 getting off an off ramp onto the highway and he tried to leave me lol. I crossed the merging lines and into the left lane next to him and went by like he was just cruising lol.
I have bolt ons and i have no idea what he had. I think just exhaust.
Still love those 8's but boy are they pretty slow.
