Last night i went to this streetracing made safe event

and decided to see how my car stacked up against othercars... Decided to run low boost considering im still getting used to the car

1st up Was a Black 550hp Ford Lighting that i gave the Hit from 20.. & before i shifted to 3rd already had 3 cars ahead.


2nd was a little bit faster. A 650hp Blue SRT-4 with DR's in the front... Instantly pulled. But didnt want to go another run.

3rd was a 175shot 7-800hp Camaro... Spinning tires while going sideways & still put a car ahead... wanted to go another run but wanted to go for money.

4th was a 600hp civic which Perronrx7 drove while i filmed... Car bogged but still managed to pull away... No rematch

5th was a nitrous CLS63 amg (unknown power). Pulled ahead at the last min as he put his hazards on. Car bogged (to low rpm to boost) & gave him 3 cars and still passed him.

11pm hit and while i was sitting there waiting to run anyone for 5 min at the line. No one wanted to run against me (this blows). So I went home Undefeated!

and just for the record I asked about 2 weeks ago to run against the Zr1 ( look here https://www.facebook.com/groups/miam...comments=21)on dabigesii thread.. but he denied to race me so........ yeah i guess ill be running whoever i see at the track

anyone in your area have a vbox? i would love to compare times. also are you hitting 130mph in 3rd? i noticed the runs were 2-3 pulls.

I find that really HARD to belive due to our gearing....

come sit in the car while i drive then..... I will say when i shift in 2nd my needle passes 110


in fact look at the video with the civic.... See how when the shift light comes on how the needle is in the 120clock position... The shift light comes on at 9krpm's... so a 9k my car is at 95mph.... If im wrong correct me

But let's be honest. What FD have you ever heard of that can hit 120 mph in 2nd gear on STOCK tranny and rear end gearing ? The math isn't possible.


Must be a special tranny and rear. He must have magical pixie dust or something.

the Rear Diff & Transmission i bought (thats in the car) Thats JDM.... the 5th gear at 60 sits at 3000rpms when it should be at 2600rpms

Guess you haven't seen my FD .....

For one, its nicer than yours.... and secondly.... I DON'T have to rebuild EVERY year ...... I believe you have been thru 3 motors and I'm still on the same one..... and I'm sure you will blow yours again before years end...

Let me say this AGAIN since people can't seem to comprehend what is being said...

Your FD seems to run HARD and sounds NICE..... congrats !!

but the simple fact IS that the stock FD transmission gearing and rear end gearing are NOT setup to give you the speed you "CLAIM" you are achieving in 2nd gear.
If you look at any chart ever listed for the FD, 2nd gear can ONLY achieve a speed of 68 mph....so your telling us that your FD can MAJICALLY produce twice the engineered amount of speed our gear ratio has been designed for....


So again.... congrats...your car is finaly running GOOD..... Just STOP listing false info that isn't physically possible...

Oh.... and by the way..... 120 on our speedometer is located at the 2 O'clock position of a clock NOT staright up.....ALSO..... Last shot of the speedometer on your video shows him at 80 mph.... PAUSE it at the 21 sec mark so you can see...

You should WATCH your own video...

Now 120mph at the top of 3rd gear is MUCH more believable....


P.S.... I think your TACH is off also..... shows he was at 4K and the car was barely moving (14 sec mark ).... You might want to get your gauges FIXED...

/\ brand new gauge from Ray@ malloy mazda... just havent had the chance to calibrate the speedo. so if you know where to do it i would sure like to know...
