90 T2 swapped vs 87 Iroc juiced

I raced ScheisterMeisteR tonight, he has an 87 iroc with cams and ported head. everything else is stock...except that bottle of nitrous with 110 shot.

we did mostly 60 rolls at first, then i found his noz wasnt working properly and was out of his power band. I pulled him pretty easily, shut down around 80-90.

We started doing 70 rolls, actually touching 3k in his car. sucks for me because I had less rpm's to play with in 3rd gear, but make do with what I got. I pulled instantly hitting 13psi. Then he sprayed, his nose was up to my passenger door(watching through the window). I would pull away whenever I was in my powerband again and he'd reel me back to the door again when I had to shift. Over all it was a good night. (I'd shut down at 120 and I was ahead still :P )I got about 10 or so runs with him.

Maybe we need more fast rotaries to school him back into building his rx7!

my mods are standalone, bnr stage 1, streetport, and fmic(more, but it doesn't matter all that much i think)

Way to bring a 3 year old thread to life.

I don't even know how you got 6 gears out of this.

Old setup was bnr1 s5 13bt with a tiny *** street port
new(current) setup is gt35r 13bre with a huge *** street port
