I will be racing a friend with the Viper. It is stock, highway run fron 45-110ish. Think I can keep up? I'm goion to try to get the 700+ whp Supra to race him and see if I can get a video of both races together.

 

You can probably keep up with the viper but the supra will definetly walk you both.

Wow! so 330 hp is all that is needed to keep up with a viper? I was thinking you would need quite a bit more than that....

might be a close race between the FD and viper, i think the viper will edge you out towards the high mph mark though..

as for the supra, good luck, only thing you'll see are the circular tail lights..

 

Brake boost, if you don't know how then practice, because you're going to need all the help you can get. The Viper's torque will take off of that 40mph roll like it got kicked in the ***.

that RX6 spools quick to hang with a viper so im thinking the viper will be tippie-tow walking away from you slowly


As for the supra imagine football lengths, forget tail-lights youll need microsope to see him

 

I have 412whp and a 800hp supra walked me pretty badly.

 

how would a 580whp fd run against a 700hp supra?

 

I still think that might not be enough to take a supra even with the weight advantage. Especially if this supra is the 6speed type. Remember, Gearing owns you!

 

im pretty sure that unless he wants to try 170+ that 120 hp will not make up for the weight difference.

 

the FD should put at least a car on the viper.

i'm giving it to the 7 at the start of the roll with the supra. any supra running that kind of horsepower will either
a. bog at the start of a roll waiting for his turbo to spool, and when it does, he will blow his tires off of the rims

or

b. be boosting when he hits the gas from a roll, and blow his tires into a big *** cloud of smoke

watch out when that ****** hooks, and be ready to wave bye bye as he rips you a new *******

^ you kidding me? A 580rwhp FD is in the 10s, with a good driver, suspension, and tires, you're in the 9s. I know because Sporty's car ran 9.9's with under 580rwhp. It takes a lil more then 700rwhp on a Supra to hit high 9s or low 10s.

 

not really, 700rwhp supras are capable of running 10s, its the lack of traction that stops them from doing this..

reason why i said its fastER is because this is most likely gonna be from a roll..have you ever ran a supra off a roll, even one making only 500rwhp??

believe me, its not a pretty sight..

supras shine on top end, thats all..i have seen this time and time again, AND not only on the internet, but before my eyes..
