I got my 86 in June and didn't race it much at first. I mess around with random cars all the time, but usually it its just that, no real race and no real winner. Finally the other day driving down a highway, what is assume was ahighschool kid came up on me in his integra.
I was somewhat bored and was pretty confident that i could take him. We stop at a light, (this is a small two lane highway with traffic lights) and i look over and he gives the "nod". We were even off the line but he had to shift earlier than i did so i gain half a car ever gear. It was somewhat suprising that he kept it that close to me, most other integras seem to be slower and give up as soon as they realize they are beat. At the next light he rolls down his window so i do the same. He asks if i have a turbo and what other mods i have. So i gladly told him i am entirely stock. He had this look on his face like, "wtf, why did i just get beat" as the light goes green i then realize his confusion. He is turbo'd. I hear his blowoff valve and him grind a gear. lol Not much to brag about but fun none the less.

 

Nice kill. That's surprising, unless the kid couldn't drive or his car ran like ****.

One of my buddies has an LS (non-vtec) with intake and exhaust, and I smoke him in my SE.

alot of guys that turbo there honda dont do it right....ive had a fue come into the dealer where i work complaining about the lack of ower and stuff even after a turbo kit.....there still runing the stock injectors, stock computer, and in some cases the stock cat and cat back....so that doesnt surprize me. but good kill anyway!!! the 7 cannot loose!!!!
