Where can I find IT mod rules?
I've heard that if I set up my 1st gen as an IT racer it will be allowed in CSP for local autocrosses. I would like to know where I can find a list of allowed and unallowed modifications. I have an old GCR rule book, is any of what I'm looking for in there? I am not familiar with the racing side of SCCA at all.

I doubt you'll find them anywhere. The SCCA is pretty good about keeping the rules contained in the GCR so that you'll have to buy one. There was a guy that had an old version online, but they had him take it down.
You'll be able to find snippets here and there from people discussing the rules, but you wont find a complete GCR.
Spend the $25. It's much cheaper than getting your cage done and finding out that ERW tubing is no longer allowed and you're out $1000.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
The changes are online. They are here: http://www.cendiv-scca.org/racing/gcr_changes.html
Although this will work for telling you what rules changes there are, you really should buy the new GCR. It helps when you get protested, or need to protest someone else when you have your own copy.
