After reading the above, I think that it's important that the original poster understand that the SCCA classing system and requirements for auto-x are very different and almost completely independent from those for road racing.
F-Prepared is an auto-x class.
All road racing classes require a full cage.
Go to the SCCA web page and get a PDF copy of the General Competition Rules (GCR). This will list all the classes available and the specific modifications that are allowed. When figuring out what mods are allowed in various classes, remember the rule of IIDSYCYC - "If it doesn't say you can, you can't".
As mentioned, the SP and GT classes are possibilities. Improved Touring (ITA) is a possibility, but you would have to back out a lot of the mods you have made already. E-Production (EP) is also a possibility and may be a better fit with what you already have. Not sure if the STU class is also a possibility or not.
My advice? Do some track days (HPDE) first and find out if that is really what you want to do. Go hang out at some SCCA races and talk to the people in the pits.
Good luck,

Yes, what Bill said. Your close to EP, source a Weber carb, port the motor, and put the stock steering rack back on. You have the weight right, assuming you already have a cage, fuel cell and fire system.
