want to start racing

im interested in scca and nhra. i was wondering if anybody participate in those sanctions or any more in the central florida area. im looking to get as much experience as i can. any teams, weekend racers need a lil help let me know. thanx

what type of racing are you interested in? drag, road-course, auto-x, timetrials?

NHRA and SCCA are quite a bit different what are you looking to do. There are many many people on this board who race in the NHRA or are in the SCCA.

Sebring is just down the street from you. Go to one of those races, walk around the paddock and talk to people.
