Vibration in steering wheel. Alignment?

Hey everyone,

I am starting to get into autocrossing and am slowly building my FC. Here is my current issue

The car used to steer straight and drive completely normal on backroads/highway. Now I am having a problem with a strong vibration in my steering wheel after doing some modifications, particularly at highway speeds. I took it to an alignment shop to get it toed correctly, but he also said my camber and caster were off from stock settings. I have coilovers i am going to install in the next week and was planning on taking it somewhere to get it alligned for a more autocross/street setup. It seemed like the problem got worse (or became more apparent) after i upgraded to sticky tires. It pulls me around in any dip in the road.

Anyways i am wondering if this vibration could be alignment related? I have re-balanced my wheels twice. I also recently put on new brakes (ebc slotted rotors with hawk hps plus pads) new front wheel bearings, and the sticky tires (advan a048) i mentioned. Not sure if one of the brake rotors could have been defective? Does that happen?

Just wondering where i should start searching besides tire balance. Any advice appreciated.
