titanium vapor deposition

Anyone know more about this/know any companies that do this in the U.S. ? Google failed me.

There are many forms of "Vapor Deposition," Chemical (CVD), Physical (PVD), Plasma-enhanced (PEVD), Atomic (ALD), etc. Which process to use is typically defined by the film to be deposited, in your case Titanium, the target surface, the uniformity and thickness of the film, and use.

I'm assuming you're looking to put a film of titanium onto a "bulk" race part so you may want to look up "Sputtering."
