what exactly do i need to drop a 350 v8 into my rx7 , an what modifications do i need to make , if you have to make any?

A 350 will go right in you just need to make up motor plates or make mounts and trans mount. Also you need to get a dirve shaft made. what do you plan to use the car for? I would also get a very large alum rad if your goin to run the motor on gas. If you plan to drag race the car you will need to fit the biggest slicks you can get or tub the car i would tub it and use a 4 link setup with a ford 9". If you plan to road race you will have to get a hevy duty mazda rear and axles or somthing along that line and a wide body kit. hope this helps
