Roll bar on the street... Safe?

rollcages aren't safe on the street unless they're INCREDIBLY padded or you're wearing a helmet. Even if you're strapped in, you'll still hit your head. Even with just a back loop you might still hit.
And harness aren't safe on the street unless you have a rollbar.
