I am looking to put a bolt in roll bar or cage in my FC, I am leaning more towards a roll bar because the car will be seeing mostly street use. Although I would like it to meet SCCA etc requirements.

I have been looking at the Autopower Race roll bar with options found here: clicky. Does the bolt-in removable cross and harness bars meet the requirements or must they be welded in place? Also where can I find information on tubing size for the various racing bodies? And does the requirements for a roll bar/cage change often?
