Part suggestions for my spec7

Hi all,

Its been a while since i've posted. But for some of the racers or gurus, maybe you could help me out. First off i'm looking at new rotors, mainly brake pads. I've heard both good and bad associated with Hawk Blues. If I replace my rotors, and order new pads what should I buy? Keep in mind that my 7 will hopefully end up as a full time track car. In one add a guy said the Hawk Blues chewed up his rotors, spewed brake dust (no kidding) a ruined tires too fast. He suggested panther pads which he claims prolong rotor life and provide exceptional stopping power. At $145 a pair seems a little pricey ( I've already coughed up $800 last week) due to the colorado region requiring the Toyo RA-1's, and I have ywo sets of the Yokohama AO48's. I've loked into Ferrodo, hawk, EBC, and so forth, any suggestions are welcome. Second, are there any light weight 13x7 inch wheels that aren't insanely expensive? I found a few sets onluine that were $54-$70 each, but one really lightweight set was $300 per wheel. Again thanks for any help with this, I'm currently looking for a new higher paying job at my current one.

Can't really help you with brake pad choices. I'm sure you will find more and better info in the race car tech section. I can help with wheels though. I still have a full set of Revolutions for sale in this thread. They didn't sell on eBay.
