Good press. Do you shave them or run them full tread? I have been wanting to try a set.

Lucky you, good press.

Shaved? Why do you like this tire better (you got the hookups or is this really the best in your opinion)? How does it perform over several heat cycles? Tell us more. Maybe I'll try a set.

If you've ran Toyo RA1 shaved, how's this compare? How about a Hoosier R6?

I've been planning on getting a set of these for my new track wheels. I spoke to a guy at a porsche club event at lime rock and he had great things to say about them, they compare favorably with the RA1s he had been running previously.

I wonder if any BFG R1 owners have ever used the NT01 and is there a comparison?

NT01. I run shave in my time attack event. cause the tire will stay more consisdent this way. Typicaly people using in Track day dont realy shave.

Performance wise. require little time to warm up. compare to Hoosier... very easy to control on the limit ( due to the hight slip angle). Heat cycle. like Ra1 it have very long heat cycle. and since the block design and compont is newer. it have better grip then Ra1. one down side. of this tires is the shoulder part of tire is pretty soft.

that is my personal option on the NT01. and one thing. is one of cheapest DOT tires on the market !!! why not give it a try
