New dash...

is ready for final installation....
I covered in dark grey Alcantara(like the rest of the dash board),custom made carbon fiber surround for the AIM dash Pista....

Nice. My only question is if there is going to be any problem "burping" the oil coolers when both the feed and the return are plumbed on the bottom like that?

Actually, the fitting on the bottom make it able to drain more oil out of the system. When I did my custom cooler upgrade, I had the fittings on top as I was leary about the fitting on the bottom (hitting the ground or something). With the stock headlights, it was fine. However, I had also bought the Knightsport Headlights and with the fittings up I don't have enough room for the lights to completely close.

So, I will be flipping my oil cooler.

I'd be more concerned with oil pump specs, going through 2 coolers and all that line.

A stock R1 has 2 oil coolers and more lines......

ATL Fuel Cell came today;we will install it tomorrow....
I bougth it with the optional Surge Tank already installed.


Tested also fitting of the Petitt rear flares with the wheels/tires ....

What are the measurements and capacity on that aluminum beaut?

this is what we did on the weekend;
-finish installation of the fuel cell
-postioned fuel pumps and fuel filters,not sure 100% where final location will be...
-install fuel filler from ATL after some mods to make it "flush"with rear fender
-installed Aero Catch on front hood
