Yesterday was my first time at streets of willow cw with the bowl. it was a blistering 106* out. i turned my boost down to 0.6 bar which is about 8.7 psi to try and help keep the temps under control. even still after a couple hot laps my temps got pretty high and i had to cool down. so basically i just pretended like i was qualifying and an out lap, a hot lap then i pitted in and cooled the car down. my kumho mx tires got pretty greasy, they didnt have much grip at all (no money for nitto nt01 at the moment ....). so my best time ended being only 1:30.2xx, i was really hoping to get under 1:30. i'll have to go back when its cooler out so i can run my normal 0.9 bar and my tires wont get greasy so fast.
