Interesting. You are injecting through your omp plus premix, that’s quite a bit of oil.

My setup is similar to yours. Omp premixing 1oz as well on RXparts seals.
I’m running the smallest nozzle in the AEM kit of 250cc activated at 8psi.

This thread makes me nervous.

Do you track your car? If not, i wouldn't worry too much

Ihor thinks it was the warped seals trashing my internals. lubrication really won't help much there, but it certainly won't hurt and may help at lower limits of deflection. My AI was set to come on at 7 psi. That might have been a little soon. A better control would be to have it trigger based on AIT. Of course that won't help detonation, but the two are somewhat linked. Another consideration might be the type of oil, Ihor has recommended i use Klotz Super Techniplate (https://klotzlube.com/shop/ols/produ...er-techniplate). It says it is for pre-mix only, not injection.

If you're tracking twins, you may want to get a EGT gauge. I would think a probe could be easily welded in the DP as close to the manifold as possible. You won't get differentiation between housings, but you should be able to get a general idea if you might be in danger of warping your seals

I will post pics on my build thread soon

I do track my car, well only once on the new setup which was at sevenstock last year. It get's hot here so I'll try to track only in the cooler months. I'm running an iwg8374. Coolant temps and Oil temps were rock solid for me though I do not have an egt gauge. I did premix extra when I was out on track, not sure if that has much effect honestly.
I am a little more paranoid because I lost a motor due to seals eating housings in short order due to the seals warping and eating the housings. Those were RA classics however.

What are you going to try for an Apex seal next?
