it says it is from 1974... perhaps I am mistaken but didn't they first start making RX-7's in 1978 hence the 1988 10th anniversary edition? Or did they make the fb in Japan for 4 years before they brought it over to the US?

That would be the way go get into racing. I bet he spent a lot more money building that car than his reserve is. Now to find an FC track car on Ebay . .
