goto the book store and get 'drive to win' by carrol smith. it should tell you how to get started and give you some pointers on what to do as well as going over on driving skills. good bathroom reading material too .

try first attending a few event and make some friends. talk to the people who race regularly and ask questions of the people who run the events. try to find out as much as you can before you start. And most of all start your marketing company or play lotto because you will need the money. if you are independently wealth then contact some of the more well known race teams in the series you would like to run. setup a meeting write them a blank check and you should be on the grid in a year or two in any series you would like.
