fuel flow in carb

Just wondering what options are available out there for the stock carb. The engine seems to choke after/during hard turns and for a second or so (mostly on autox courses), the engine didn't want to respond... I know one of my options is to change to maybe a holley, but is there improvement that would work for the stock carb?
