I've done a little research on the net and could not come up with much. Has anyone done a useful fresh air duct in the passenger window area, especially on a FC? ...or have you seen a picture somewhere and can provide a link or attachment? Pictures of your setup would be great!

"Ducting may be added to provide fresh air to the driver/passenger compartment. This ducting shall be located in the driver and or/or passenger window area, with no modifications to the bodywork."

This is the duct I have but am not opposed to a different one.

 

I run a duct in the passenger side window. I had a problem with getting enough airflow out of it to feel it in-car while racing. I added a hi-flow bilge pump to the system and now it works fantastic. I can feel the flow even when fully dressed. We run with a full passenger side window and sometimes a full drivers side window, so it can get really hot in there.

Only issue was making the receiver on the bilge pump hose side to allow the door to open and close, LOL.

My 1st gen might not be applicable to your car but I used the 3" version of the duct you pictured in my driver's side rear 1/4 window. Then I plumbed the hose thru a squirril cage blower/filter and then into my helmet vent. When at speed, there's enough flow that we don't need the fan.
On your car, do you still have the stock vent grill and airbox? I think if you just plumb a hose into the original vent openings under the dash you would get lots of fresh air.

 

Take a 3 inch diameter alum dryer flex tube length as required using two tie wraps. Place the tube between the outside rear view mirror & the front part of the door drivers side only. You can grab the 12 inches of tube inside the car & adjust the tube while driving with your left hand & adjust to your fancy. One tube drivers side works great for me. Nothing fancy & nothing to wear out.

 

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to mess around with it this weekend and see what I come up with.
