FD Staggered wheel setup

I corded two of my Kumho 710's tires in 265/45R16, and as such, I am forced to run either all four (4) Kumho 710's in 225/50R16 or a staggered setup with the 225 up front and 265's in the rear.

What would one expect in terms of handling & performance with a staggered setup at a HPDE event ?

Should I just run all four (4) the same size (225) ?

TIA,
:-) neil

Running 225/265 will understeer more than 225 all around....depending on your driving setup and style and track layout, this may or may not be a bad thing. I personally enjoy the slight understeer created by my 235/265 setup....it's not like there is inadequate power to bring the rear out.

how do the v710's last for HPDE's? don't they heat up too much? over 140 degrees and i find them greazy at autocross.
