FD Fuel Filter Relocation Location?

In the back near the stock location, or in the engine compartment just before the injectors?

All other fuel and engine componants are stock. Wanting to relocate for ease of maintenance, but also to support possible fuel system upgrades.

Easiest thing to do is relocate it underneath the car. Run new fuel lines down and mount the filter somewhere. There is a stud on one of the gas tank straps you can use. Make sure you use hose rated for high pressure fuel and keep it away from the exhaust heat.

That's the plan, just checking if there was any recomendations to place closer to the injectors. I would think an engine location may increase fire risk
