Ever cleaned your helmet liner?

If you have used your helmet more than a year and have never cleaned the liner I highly recommend you do so. I don't consider myself any dirtier than most people but I was quite apalled at how muddy the water was when I washed my liner in the sink

A sink full of water and some Woolite worked perfectly for me.

Thanks for the tip. I'm sure mine is pretty nasty. I do use a balacalva though so maybe I'm not that nasty

Better clean it now so It'll be dry by spring

When I raced on dirt (mini-sprints) I'd discard my helmet after every season.

I was both proud and disgusted when I discovered the rings on the chin strap of my Super Bandit had rusted.

Anybody that does enduro's extensively discards helmets pretty regular, too. Not my broke ***, I've got 7 kinds of bacteria growing in mine!
