what parts would i need to change to run an 85%ethenol 15% petrol mix ???

 

Assuming you're running a full standalone computer you'd have to redo your fuel maps. Dunno if you could change them enough with a piggyback or a chip. You also would need to redo any fuel lines and seals that would be damaged by the ethanol since it eats rubber.
