Dyno Session Tuesday

I have a slow day going so...for your listening pleasure:

I was preparing my car for the SCCA Runoffs at Daytona last year and was spending some time on the dyno. This video is from a pull checking the tune over the normal acceleration range as well as checking the top speed at the 9800 RPM limit. We performed air correction jetting at Daytona and ended up with 231 RWHP (12A bridgeport with a 51mm IDA Weber). Not bad!

Video from D & R in Hayward...the tach reading in the video is not accurate...

brap, brap, brap...

Hey Alberto,

Yes, I'm planning on running once or twice at Laguna in 2017. The turbo car is a blast there...I'm smiling right now just thinking about it!

Do you have any race plans for 2017?

I love the sound of a rotary coupled to a close ratio road racing transmission

Why is it you have a carbed NA 12A in an FD body? Is that a full tube frame? Is it a class thing?

Yes, SCCA GT3 rules. (12A bridge, 40mm restrictor automotive induction, 2060lbs) I'm in the process of going fuel injected with the 12A Bridgeport...should be interesting!
