Drifting fd?

Thinking of turning my fd into a drift car. How many things should i expect to brake? iam get all new bushings for suspension as well as coilovers and i have new slotted and drilled rotors so i will also be geting steel braded lines. Iam just wondering what you guys who track your FD go through?

well, you need a rollcage and every kind of bracing you can find. also seemweld the chassis for good measure. install ball joints from nagisa auto and not bushings. stance coil overs are good for the money. also about 3 sets of tires when you go to an event. you are looking at $$$ here

you can ditch the ABS if you want, but if you ever use it for the street, then you want to keep it. ditching the abs will give you good pedal feel, but only on a car built for the track. you also want a beefier 2 row intercooler, i know greddy makes the m-core for $500. also dual core oil coolers would be good, i know bonzai racing has a good write up on that and use emachineshop.com's program for the mounting. all out power is not the key, it is just having your engine run efficient and cool is the key for an event like that. oh, also put vasaline on your rear quarter panels before an event so you can get the tire chunks off easy.

thanks dude i have a greddy two row already and all cooling mods done. Iam just going to double check that everything works and change belts as well. Right now my car does 270rwhp and thats more then enough for now. Thanks for all the good tips.

1.Also where can i go check for those nagisa ball joints?
2. Drift events have alot of on and off time, so you run for 20 min then chill for 20 mins, i dont know why but i always have a hard time turning my baby on and off like that. Em i crazy? or is that going to be hard on my car? ( obvious iam going to let it cool down after runing it hard before turning it off)
