It's not being "served" from anywhere... it's being served from everywhere, or at least all people who are downloading it or have finished downloading it and are seeding it.
BitTorrent. Google it. You'll learn.
And it generally speeds up once you have a bit of it down to "trade" out for other pieces.

*shrug* 41 seeds, 166 peers. I'd tend to say that's a pretty good ratio right now.
"Hey, neat, we can get something for free instead of paying for it!"
"Hey, man, this free thing is really slow, what's up with that?"
Seriously. Quit complaining. And it's probably at your end anyway (firewall, NAT, etc).

And most likely your ISP packet filters the stock BitTorrent ports.
Sorry, it's at your end.
Within a minute on my main torrent box (configured to avoid most problems with ISPs), I was pulling it down at over 20k/s, with nothing to seed out. From previous experience, had I let it run for a few minutes, I would have been pulling over 80k/s. It's a very well seeded torrent...

In case it helps anyone, I found a copy on WinMX. But I had the same problem, video but no sound. Used AVIcodec (freeware) to show what codecs are required, and it pointed me here for the necessary audio codec:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...group_id=66022
Now there's video and sound.
And for the record, I'm one of those people that like to watch it first. If it's good, I'll buy a copy, to support the cause and so that I have a perfect copy of it....

It is a drift video.... what did you expect. There really isn't enought to drifting to have a full video about. Drifting is VERY elementary and relies on very basic race car driving skills. I think it is important to know how to do it so that when you are going around a turn and your car gets out of whack you don't lose too much time over it. It might also be valuble for taking bad lines to pass lappers in turns. But other than that it is really just a way for ricers to show off to people that don't know how to control a car.
Now, drifting a motorcycle, that takes some skill. I watched Kevin Swantz do that around Road ATL on a Super Motard bike and still get an awesome lap time. I can drift a car in my sleep. Getting my race bike to drift and not lose time, around the track is something I have yet to do to my satisfaction.
