I was just wondering whether anyone has propelled their FD into the 9's with an LSD, 4.33 gears, and chromoly axels? Would this setup handle 650whp with drag radials?

 

kaaz 1.5 way lsd and chromoly axles would do just fine to get you into the 9s.... The gears aren't so necessary...actually, i think i would stick with the stock gears because if your only gonna run a drag radial, you may have some traction issues as it is.

 

ET Streets are a lot softer on driveline parts than M/T drag radials. Hint.

Kazz or T2 (Series 4) LSD, 300M axles and upgraded driveshaft would be the ticket. The next weak link will be the 5 speed transmission (output shaft).

I would touch base with Ernie or BLitzed33 about the diff case cradles they run to prevent it from cracking. Next weak link.
