Disabling the brake booster on the FC?

Has anyone tried this on a track car to get a stiffer pedal and more modulation ability? The stock system is boosted pretty heavily, it doesn't take that much pressure to lock up the brakes. I drove my friend's car with the tilton setup that I posted about here the other day and it's pretty sweet, even though it does take a shitload of effort on the pedal.

I won't re-awake the old thread by posting there, but the one thing that I would be concerned with is the fact that the poster removed the f/r proportioning valve along with the booster. I would definitely leave that bit on, unless you are going to replace it with a remote adjustment valve.

I was thinking the same thing.

If you read his full build thread, Im almost positive he ran a proporioning valve in the cabin.
