Cost/Benefit seal comparison

OK, so it's about that time when in a few weeks I can buy a rebuild kit, so to give you some back ground I have an S5 NA block which will be Peripheral Ported and resurfaced by Goopy's, I will also have the rotors lightened and clearanced so my question is more of a cost/benefit comparison between:

1. RB carbon apex seals/ Atkins Apex seals/ Cryo. Atkins Apex Seals/ OEM Apex Seals

2. Atkins Cryo. Side Seals/ OEM side Seals

3. Atkins Solid Corner Seals/ Atkins Cryo. Solid Corner Seals/ OEM FD Corner Seals

4. Viton Oil Control Rings/ OEM Oil Control Rings

5. Viton Water Jacket Seals/ OEM Water Jacket Seals

and since it is now 3 AM and I don't feel like spending the next few hours searching the forum, please no " that's what the search button is for" comments

Why not just use the Goopy seals?

I would not use carbon seals in a street motor unless you plan on replacing them often. Atkins seals are fine but I no longer use them myself.

I think the "new" Atkins corner seals are better than the old ones, but the Goopy ones are working for me. Forget Cryo, Casidium coating is where its at.

I use the black O-rings I get from Goopy almost exclusively now.
