AutoX Springs for 1984 RX-7

I'm looking to replace the stock springs on my RX-7 for autocrossing. Does anybody have any ideas on what's good and what to definitely stay away from in terms of manufacturers and the pounds per inch requirements?

Contact Jim Susko at G-Force Engineering and buy his setup and tuning book. It will save you a ton of time and money.
