lads been looking for some info on these coilovers. got a set offered to me for a nice price. how are they rated/performe? and any idea what sort of spring rates come as standered? will be used in my time attack FD. shocks im running at the min are not up to it any more.

There is a thread in the suspension forum about them. I don't think the guy who started the thread tracks his car though. Send a PM to peppy here on the forum. He is looking at purchasing these as well and has been researching them. I'm sure he most likely knows all the specs on them.
