Hi GUYS,
I purchased a GT35R turbo on line with DC TUNER 5 months ago,I have been lied to and mucked around it seems like forever.I know they have no intention of sending my turbo or refunding me as they refuse to respond to emails and the contact number they gave me is never answered !!!
On their forum www.dctuner.net there was a guy who called himself RX7VEILSIDE who was moaning about not receiving his turbo and being messed around.His postings like mine were deleted very quickly.
I have reported DC TUNER to the Eterny General in California and sent proof of payment and as many incriminating emails that i had saved on my pc,i have also filed a RIP-OFF on RIP-OFF REPORT.COM.
If any of you guys know rx7veilside or have had a similar experience please let me know,THANKS

Yes the website is www. dctuner.com,the forum is dctuner.net,entered via the website.

 

It looks like (by the banner they are using on their site) that they are Garrett dealer. Call Garrett and just make a complaint and let DC tuner KNOW you did. They don't like that ****, and should light a fire to bring about some sort of resolution.

I do not see them listed on Garrett's site as a distributor.

you and rx7bomex are the same guy. GoodfellaFD3S, can you help me out and check his IP address on both of thier accounts? they will probably be the same, because they were on my website.

this is getting ridiculous man, i gave you our phone number many times before. call us.

The turbos arent ordered through Garrett, they are ordered through ATP Turbo.

u ripped me off and lied and then have done the same thing to this guy.he rang me and we spoke last night and he has filed a report on rip off .com about u and he has also sent a report to attorney general in california..

and lying that the ip address is the same is so easily checked as up till last night i had never spoken to this guy but i will phone him back and get him to post up his story

 

I can assure you all that i am not rx7bomex,i tried to contact him through this forum because i remember seeing him (rx7veilside then) moan about about not getting his turbo on the dctuner forum when i was starting to get seriously worried about ever getting mine.Greg Sabia (forcefedintegra)replied on his own forum (dc tuner)and said he was given the wrong address,he also said the turbo turbo had been returned and that rx7veilside had been given a full refund.I now know that was a lie,unfortunately he then bans your ip address so you cant get on the forum or the website again to dispute this.
I paid my money for a GT35R turbo directly into Greg Sabias bank account,Sabia Creative Designs as instructed,i was then lied to and mucked around for five months,the telephone number i was given i tried dozens of times and was never answered once !I Have proof of payment and many saved emails (even wear they admit having no record of ever sending it(when i have insisted on being given the tracking number as i also paid extra for insurance),promising to send another and months later offering a refund and guess what nothing ever happened and when i got pissed with him and everyone else at dc tuner eric ,paul and chris they just stopped all contact,i then posted things on their forum which was immediately deleted and my ip address banned so i couldnt use the site or forum !
I have also been contacted by others in the same situation as myself and rx7veilside as i have posted info on other forums.
Greg Sabia and all at dctuner have made my life very miserable since october 2006 when i first placed the order and was told my turbo was in stock and would reach me in the uk in one week !!
Despite being ripped off after saving hard with a young family and a not so understanding wife when it would have paid for a family holiday it is the wasted time,i wanted to fabricate a turbo manifold to suite the turbo and a new exhaust and a damper etc and then remove the engine and rebuild it knowing it would all fit.Now i have just started without my turbo and will work on it all summer instead of doing my average 3000 miles in the summer in my road legal track car.
I cannot tell how much of an absolute liar and crook greg sabia and eric of dctuner are.DO NOT TRUST THEM,I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.s If anyone can tell me how to attatch things to this forum i will gladly do it so you can see for yourselves the corrispondance between me and greg sabia,eric and dctuner AT LEAST THEY WONT BE ABLE TO DELETE IT AND LIE!!!!!

 

if anyone is any doubt greg sabia posts on here as 1.3 liter v8 eater and is a first class scumbag that has pulled this same stunt at least twice once on me and then once on this other poor guy..up until last night we had never met or spoken and come from different parts of the country.as i stated before he lied time and time again and paypal have confirmed time after time he never refunded me and i am sure some people have given him the benefit of the doubt but be under no illusion he is one scumbag

 

interesting that his supposed supplier atp turbo sell this turbo at 1395.00dollars plus shipping and he was offering it to me at 950 including shipping(not that he ever intended to ship it or refund me)he must have a marvellous relationship cause he said he gets them for 850.00 dollars so is he saying atp are selling them to him for 550 dollars less than they are selling to others

 

just recieved a email back from atp turbo ths supposed supplier of dc tuner and greg(1.3 liter v8 eater)sabia or dc tuner do not appear on any of their records which is surprising as they wld be giving him a 500 dollar discount on the price they sell the gt35/40 turbos for..and for that discount he must be one of their top customers as thats a 40% discount off the list price.another lie from this guy if anyone wants me to fwdd the email i rcvd back from atp just let me know

i know some people thought i was mad or pulling a fast one and was contacted by paul after i saw his post and thought i wld just drop atp a line and they replied very quickly as thats one set of records cant be altered..i never thought he wld pull the same stunt twice but this poor guy actually paid direct into gregs bank account so has even less comeback than me not that paypal could recover my dough either.all allong my only aim was to try and protect other people as my monies gone i fully accept that

 

I dont order the turbos, like I said i dont work there anymore.

rx7bomex - how about you try asking atp turbo if they know who eric and phillip are at spoolin performance. thats who orders the turbos.

up until this thread started i had never heard of these people before and only posted after i realised another person had been shafted by dctuner and u greg as paul paid his money direct into ur bank account by money transfer so u were still involved with dc tuner and took his money and like me he never rcvd his turbo

is anyone supposed to blve screenshots from a forum of which u are the admin as u falsified my info frm my orig invoice as i have said many times before u shafted me i lost my money never had the goods but i will ensure i allways keep an eye on u and try to warn anyone about your deceit sadly pauljh didnt spot my warnings about u in time and also lost his money

 

hey greg(1.3 liter v8 eater)just found another guy u ripped of for a gt35/40 in france are u going to say he is my friend as well..the website he posted on is www.migweb.co.uk if u do a google search for dc tuner thats how these people turn up he posts as Remy16t he has been waiting 3 months i think then theres pauljh i think his is 3 months and then me last year
