I wouldn't worry about him scamming you, I've ordered ~$2500 worth of parts from him and they always get to my house in great shape. He is busy which sucks sometimes but you will get through to him eventually and he'll take care of everything ASAP.

 

I'll let him know tomorrow that you are trying to get ahold of him.

Yep, like everyone else said.... Ken's a standup guy. I'm not sure why he hasn't responded to you in 3 weeks, but I can say he's certainly not trying to steal your money.

I've got parts from Ken before, and I can tell you that the undertray is totally worth it. You'll be very happy when yours arrives.

 

ken replied my emails yesterday and the undertray has been shipped. anyway 16 days without hearing anything after payment sux. Thanks for your help
