My 93 Build Vendor Feedback

I left feedback for some vendors or sellers but this has been a 3 year in the work project so I can't remember who all I left for so I thought I would do a thread with feedback on all that I had contact with.

Rotaryextreame - Ordered several things from chuck when he still had the shop. Monster V-mount, feed skirts, buddyclub condenser. Chuck was awesome customer service wise I was sad to see him go.

Rx7store.net - I have ordered quite a bit from Jason. Shipping can be alittle slow but Jason seemed to stay on top of things and responded quickly to emails or phone calls and I never had any problems or issues with anything that I got from him.

rx7.com - These guys are awesome all around. Shipping was fast customer service was great, would definalty order from them again.

Pineappleracing - Picked up various parts and engine stand mount from them. Shipping was fast and communication was great.

Corksport - Ordered some 99 side markers from them and vaious other tid bits, communication was great, markers were on order so they informed me there would be a delay and gave the option to cancel the order if that would not work. Parts came exactly when they said they would after the markers came in.

Banziracing - ordered their differential brace, showed up about 5 days later (with a weekend being part of those 5 days.

Gothamracing - Seem to be alittle pricer on some items than others but their shipping quickness and service more than makes up for it.

Goodfellas (rich) - got several ceramic coated parts from him, (uim, lim, water pump housing, filler neck) and a polished front cover. Communication was great and his parts he was selling were exactly as pictured and described.

TonyG - bought some interior plastics from him, shipping was quick and exactly as described.

ShineAuto - Ordered the full burnout kit and the feed hood from them. Shipping was exactly in the timeframe I was told, they were great to deal with on the phone and the quality of the parts are great.

A-spec - I ordered a majority of my single switch components from a-spec including the 500r turbo kit, fuel kit, microtech system, coils, apexi guages, boost controller, powersteering removal line, water injection kit. Mainly delt with Sean and Ryan, both were great in emails and phone conversations. Had some issues with wrong fittings and missing fittings but Sean and Ryan worked with me to make sure I recieved everything I needed or was missing. Great place work on the turbo kit was very clean. Just a great place would recommend to anyone needing anything they offer.

Others that helped out in various ways or that I did not buy from and why.

rotaryressurection - I had some emails with Kevin just basically with questions. He was great in helping me out with suggestions or steps to take. That means alot when I haven't (not yet anyway) actually made him any money. His website has been very helpful at times in his tech section.

Goodfellas (rich) - just helping out with various questions.

Herblenny - Same as rich with helping out with various questions.

Sloshono - One of the ones that I was looking at doing business with and decided he felt to shady to me. Due to his past I had reservations about doing any business at all with him but at the time it seemed like people were satisfied with his services so thought what the hell maybe hes gone right. I was curious in his polished alt covers he was selling. His ad said they were 100 for the covers no cores needed. In another post in his ad he made mention that the price could be lower if you sent your old back in. I pm'd him asking if he had any available and he said he would in the next week or so. I then inquired on the price and it being 100 for the covers. His response was yes it was the 100 but then he needed me to send my old covers back to him once I recieved the polished ones. Now since his ad was for no core 100 bucks, lower if you send yours back this struck me as shady as he wanted the 100 from me and the old back. Short story shorter, thats not the kind of person I wanted to do business with so I went another route and am in the process of sending my alt off to gothamracing for rebuild and ceramic coating. Willl cost me alittle more in the long run but at least with dealing with gotham I don't feel like they are trying to bend me over thinking me stupid enough not to notice.

Rishie (autornd) - spoke with him a couple of times regarding ordering some work wheels for the burnout kit. I have at this point not yet ordered any due to some delays I am having with bodywork, paint, money, etc but I will be ordering from him when I get things worked out. He was great with trying to help me get things lined out so that the wheels and tires would be a perfect fit on the burnout kit and even provided pictures on some issues I had trouble grasping or explaining. Anyone looking for some wheels needs to call on Rishie, your sure to get great service and an awesome wheel.

That should about cover most if not all that I have had business or other type of dealings with. I just thought a consolidated post would be better than several single threads. All in all I have had great experiances buying parts. (although 99% has been through reputable vendors vs unknown forum members witht he exception of tonyg and goodfellas who I would recomend to anyone)

Same here! You are both great guys (both Rich and Jonathan) and I'm only 2 hours away from Chattanooga.. I need to head up there to visit some family members and would love to check out your project!
