What do you mean by closing this thread? Did we yet hear the other side or come to a conclusion? Take a minute of your time to think Dan

the only reason I said that is so the 1 dude would stop posting e-v-e-r-y day as that is all I see him doing to this thread in the first place..
as for the other guy taking toooo long to ship I can under stand that {to a point} as it is the holiday season of 2006 some {NOT all} people are not going to drop everything and pull parts plus ship them too..

So we get the point that some people {NOT all} take too long to ship parts durring the holiday season...
If you paid Via pay-pal than file a clame with them...

It was like 2 months ago which is past their claim deadline. I'm doing this so hopefully someone who knows him wakes his *** up, because he doesn't even answer his cell he posted up and all i want is my damn throttle cable! So howabout shutting the hell up and get somewhere else if you don't know whats going on! THis will be like the third time i've been fucked by this forum and its members. First it was 1988vert with his rebuild kits, then justwant2race, then that abolos guy, and now this guy and its getting ******* aggrevating.

Yes i buy stuff from places like you, (which always is great), but sometimes I find other stuff which I know is a risk but damn. I bought that turbo kit from him and the SS clutch line, tc, and slave cylinder. What I got was a turbo that has almost an entire inch of in and out shaft play, a ss line and a comment from him that says that doesn't mean it didn't put down good numbers. BITCH please. So its good for like 2 months and then the blades come flying out the back of my supposedly 3 month old turbo.

Not that my advise is worth **** to you, but if I were you I would never buy anything on this forum again. Unless, of course, you just have unlimited funds to hand out freely, in which case you should PM me!

There. I bought something from atkinsrotary, instead of someone on this forum. You can delete this if needed.

I second the motion to close the thread. Less close minded, derogatory, ignorant comments and just get the point. You make yourself look like a moron with that type of argument. Stating an argument in a professional matter and using valid reasoning will get you farther than just swearing at the individual. I have never been shortchanged by anyone on this forum and have nothing but great things to say about its members. I am sure there are some bad apples, but the help I have gotten on even the most obscure unreasonable questions is invaluable. How about you expand your vocabulary a little bit, take "*******" and "gay" from your vocabulary and all we would have to hear is a series of incomprehensible grunts.

How about you take "*******" and "gay" and shove it straight in your ***. Just don't come up in peoples topics thinking you got something to say about it. I bought from someone that has been on here since 02' and has good responses and I am just trying to get responses, because he leaves his cell number and askes that you rather call him. So i did, and left messages after about the 10th time i've called with no response, and after 2 months, someone should atleast answer, but he doesn't because of what? Thats what I want to know. Why I basically had to buy the same things twice which pretty much sucks either way you look at it.

What I don't understand is from all the people in that thread that have done business with him that no one else had a problem? There are other members in that thread that gave phone numbers. You could of called one of those people and asked if they had got ahold of him.

By your manner of your posts, I wonder what you may have said in Pm's to him or left messages at his house that he might not want to speak with you?

Could it be there is a whole other side of the story here?

Rx7doctor hit the nail on the head. Seems you are the problem by the manner of your posts. You get "screwed", clearly becuase your an *** to deal with. As even you admited, he has good response from other members and it is you who have been shorted three times. has it ever occured to you that the way you conduct business is the cause. How bout a little anger management and get off the crack? By the manner of your posts you should take my advice and notice that others are taking the other parties side more than yours, and the second party has yet to even respond....good job pleading your case, you lost it on your own account. I came on this thread to point out your imapporpriateness and obvious stupidity. This is a site for Rx-7s and owners who enjoy them, not people who want to wave their banner of offensivness and ignorance. Why dont you graduate high school

Also, Does any one else find it ironic that he told me to take "******* gay" and shove it up my ***!!??? Maybe he has some experience with that.

I have delt with Bino in the past, and everything has always been first rate. Both as a buyer and seller. He is a very nice guy, friendly to deal with and a true rotorhead. I can't imagine him intentionaly screwing someone out of a fiew parts.
I do know that he and his wife have their hands full with the recent addition to their family. Not an excuse, but certainly a contributing factor. I also know that he has temporarily gotten away from 7's for the same reason, hence his lack of responce on this forum.

I am not looking to intervene in your affairs. Simply my two cents.

Yes, thats what I've been saying. I did business with him from the past experiences he has had with others, and just want to get my parts and thats it. About a week after I paid over $450 dollars, he gave me a tracking number for the turbo and said he had to remove the other parts and it would be another week. I said no problem, recieved the turbo. Even though his post said everything was either new or had like 300 miles on it, I simple told him that the turbo had some in and out shaft play and if he shipped my other parts yet. He says it put down good numbers and he still hasn't removed the other parts. This was 2 weeks after. Now its 2 months and I have basically had to buy the same parts from someone else and already recieved them yet have not even heard one single word from him. All he has to do is say something, either here or his cell, but I have yet to see that happen. I basically can't drive my car because of the parts he has not sent.

So great. Get a message saying basically "Hey thanks for the free money". So he has no idea what he's sending, and I'm pretty sure he can just keep it, along with his dead beat self. Uh I sold the parts to someone else after selling them to you, and gave you a screwed up turbo for $450+. Great business.

{I never told you a clutch slave on that price. if you need a slave I have it. the throttle cable was not in the best shape and i never got around on taking it out. it went with the roller a couple of days ago. I sent you the inlet line. I will send you the oil inlet end to the engine when I get a chance. go buy a clutch slave, and have a wonderful life.}
