First I would like to start with the current situation with a person who bought something from me.

I sold eboyz98 a clutch kit

He asked for a Spec clutch kit for a n/a S4 stage 2 @ 275.00

I told him when paid I would have it drop shipped...

I received a paypal from him I believe it was a day or so later and the paypal was for a Spec S4 T2 stage 2 clutch kit, he paid 275.00

I use my paypal to pay for my product and to send out my product.. Paypal will only cover the shipper if the item sent is what is described (if described) and sent to the address in paypal

I NEVER noticed that he put T2 and at first asked for N/a... why because I dont know this guy in person, I dont know his name compared to his screen name on here all I saw was SOMEONE paid me for a Spec stage 2 T2 clutch kit

I ordered, paid and shipped to the address in the paypal..

Matter a fact my S4 T2 spec clutch kit goes for 320.00 so thinking of that I screwed myself. but I never even noticed (untill now I noticed I outted myself 10.00)

I got a pm from him today he said that he spent 75.00 for hoist time and the clutch is not correct.. he used his old pm as a reply and when Igot the3 kit number form him I saw that I had shipped him the wrong kit (yet I had not gone back to my payapl yet to verify)

I told him that if he would send that to me I would pay out of my pocket for the correct one and await my reimbusement when I get it back to the supplier AND that he can take the 75.00 he has spent for the hoist and use it in credit toward anything he wants from me..

FAIR enough..

then I checked my payapl and noticed I was not wrong I sent him EXACTLY what he paid for and I brought this to his attention

I then again told him

"I am very sorry but I only send parts for what I am paid for and this is why paypal will only cover the sellers in this.. I ALWAYS ask for peopel to put the cars year and turbo ornot with the description of what asked for..

I had NO IDEA what your name was in relation to your screen name on this forum at time of purchase I go to my payapl call my supplier and make my orders...

the paypal sent to me was for a S4 T2 stage 2 clutch I sent u EXACTLY what u PAID for..

I am sorry I will do everything I can in order to make this right but I wont pull any money out of my product for a mistake u made.. I have NEUMEROUS transactions takin place daily through paypal I sell items I am PAID for..

If you have any ways u want to arrange for this to be done let me know but I will not do this out of my pocket.. I cannot

As of right now he will not answer to that pm..

So I wanted to post this so that everyone knows what is going on before he posts any feedback

Ask anyone who has bought anything from me they are 100% satisfied they get EVERYTHING they pay for and sometimes more.. my prices are as fair as possible, and I am more then understandable on holding prices for people etc..

I ask EVERYONE to post the cars year and if turbo or not along with the parts they are ordering.

Not only that but I normally make 5-15.00 on any transaction for new stuff on this forum.. I do this for u guys to help u guys out give u a deal where I can and of course an extra 5-15.00 helps with gas, etc for me..

An update the buyer eboyz98 looks and sees the mistake and has paid me for the correct clutch and will be selling the BRAND NEW T2 spec clutch to anyone interested for a HELL OF A DEAL!!!

I also told him as a token of the current problem that he is tittled to a 35.00 discount on any purchase from me..

if it Is any consequence GUYS..DAVE(spooledupracing),Has sent Parts To me here IN Canada for the Same Price as the shipping of Parts to Others in the States (special Circumstances).I my Opinion he is a Good Person to do Business with. I for One,I am Waiting For "another part "to Break On MY car,so I Can ORDER from This Guy!,Again..(because I KNOW I will recieve it!.Hasslefree!)

Dave is an excellent seller. Bough some Rad hoses and a few other things I think and he got me the parts in like 3-4 days.

I will say Dave is a really good person to purchase from. He fixes problems the right way. I would not hesitate to do business with him again in the future.
