Unfortunately ic3 will do you no good. I have not seen one victim on this forum get any results at all thru them....ever. The best course of action is to go thru the local police first, but it is important to compile a list of everyone he has ripped off (along with dollar amounts) and any other evidence (receipts, etc.) in order to present to the police a pattern of action. 1 or 2 at a time will get overlooked, however if you present the police with a mound of evidence and a sizable dollar amount they will be much more likely to take notice and actually pursue the case.

 

I'd still have a some people go say hi to him and see what his real excuse is.

Not that I'm aware of. I asked those involved last weekend whether they were OK with the situation as it stood. No real replies. I have no idea what the current situation is.

 

He tried to trade me his supposed (new in plastic) 94 panels for a set of flares that I have on hand. Soon as I did some research on the web I had UPS stop the shipment. He was supposed to provide pics to prove that he ever really owned the panels last week. Still waiting. Based on the non-existence of these pictures it is safe to say that he attempted to scam me by claiming to own something that he simply did not.

 

Someone just needs to go talk to this ChitownR1 troll in person. He obviously thinks everyone on this forum is a joke and will continue to lie.

Sorry to hear that you are going through this. I think some of the forums member who lives near around his area should pay him a vist and really get up, close and personal with him.
He should at least give you call and talk to you personally about your stuff and your money. I hope everything will work out for you.
