I ordered an idler pulley from Chadwick a little bit ago and due to a shipping problem he was going to send me a replacement. I sent him a PM on the 11th of November, but he hasn't logged on to the forum since to see the message I sent. I'm confident he would have sent out the replacement had he received my message earlier, but I have no other way of getting in touch with him now. He seemed to have logged in fairly frequently in the past, so I hope everything's alright.

Does anyone have another way to get in touch with Chadwick?

 

I sent him message and email... not response yet. I wanted to buy idler pulley kit. Let me know if he does respond to you , I'll do the same.

 

I've been trying to buy a few idler pulleys from him for awhile now, but couldn't wait any longer and picked them up from Pineapple Racing. At least there's an alternative (for those who haven't ordered yet).

 

Hate to bump this topic but I bought an idler pully from Chadwick on Oct 20th and I waited quite a while for it to be shiped. I also contacted him about a month ago with no response.

I feel your pain crzyone. He's had my idler pulley money since October but if he's out of town I feel slightly better I'm not just getting ripped off.....

Still ongoing. Going to have to move this to bad sellers section soon. Contacted me in Feb saying he would refund me or if I continued to wait he would ship one to me. I've been waiting with no contact for this long, no idler.

Anyone know him personally that could get a hold of him? I don't want to start a new thread with a warning on this guy. Give him a chance to make things right.

 

I feel the same way. I thought he was an upstanding guy with a good reputation on the forum, but he's had my money since October, and hasn't responded to multiple attempts to contact him both on the forum and through personal email. I even wondered if maybe he died, but his last login date has changed on the forum several times. I can understand if he's busy, but at least refund the money or respond in some way. Times are tough and I really can't afford to be losing money like that.

 

I'm not sure if he'll be at DGRR this year, but if he is I'll bring this up with him.

Just wanted to post that I got a personal email today from Chadwick that he would refund my money. I'm assuming he'll go through with that, but thanks again Goodfella for watching out for us. I'll post back again once the money is in hand. Have a baby on the way next month so it'll be a HUGE relief not to have lost that money!

Absolutely! I really couldn't afford to lose that money, but I thought it was lost so holy crap I was happy to get that back again.

Now my plea, I still need a similar product! Would someone please find a good CNC shop to sell this!
