Beware of deals with ZKeller

Guys name is Zack Keller and goes by ZKeller. He posted a FS ad for Sway bar mounts for $150. I responded first and sent him a PM telling him that I would take them. I asked for a total and his address, that I would send a Money Order. He then reported them sold on the thread. He emailed me and ask for my address for shipping. Then I did not hear from him for several days. After repeated pm/emails he told me he sold them to another guy.

I have never had a problem with another forum member not upholding his part in a deal, this is my first and my first GG/BG post. But this warrants it I suppose. There is only one thing worse than a guy that does not keep his word - a scammer !

So Beware - if you try to buy something from him - maybe you will get it, maybe not.

Here is the documents...

Tom, I am so sorry. I had tons of interests and someone sent me a Paypal payment and I did not realize it right away. I wanted to let you know yesterday, but work was insane.

It is the principle of the thing - a man tells you he is holding a part for you pending payment and while you are going thru the motions to pay for it he sells it to someone else. Welsher...! so the theme here is underhanded tactics. I base my dealings on trust, that you will go thru with our agreement as planned. When that breaks down, somebody is always screwed. Ebay deals with it as a "strike " Now if he said the first to get money in my hands, well that's a different story. But that didn't happen. therefore my post, deal with him at your own risk. He demonstrated to me he cannot be trusted.

I'm done with this thread now, thank you

Tom, I think you are a stand-up guy, but so is Zach. You are overstepping your bounds here by trying to rub his name through the dirt over something like this. It is clear from reading this thread that someone had sent him a payment BEFORE YOUR DISCUSSION TOOK PLACE. Your contract was void before your conversation began. I know Zach personally and I can tell you that he is as honest as they come and he is rarely on this forum. If he didn't respond to your PM it is because he was slammed as he clearly stated. What is the honest thing to do, screw the guy over who payed before you ever talked to him? Zach has on countless occassions offered to donate parts, time and effort just to be a good guy. I wouldn't post in this thread if I wasn't so taken aback by your comments.

I'm sorry your deal didn't work out, but this isn't the right way to deal with it. I know you're above this, you were probably just pissed off, which is completely understandable.

just to clarify: A conversation requires 2 people. Just because you PM'd him right away, don't assume that he read it right away. The payment likely posted before his initial reply to you.
