Unhappy Anyone know how to get in contact with "Eastondle" aka Duy Le???

Hi,

To start with, this is not a negative thread against him as he's been a pleasure to deal with up until this point. He's always responded to my PM's quick and competently.


Unfortunately, it's been quite awhile since I haven't heard from him so now I'm starting to get worried. I know he hasn't been active on this forum for nearly a month, but I've tried emailing and I'm not gettin a response as well.


Anyone know of his whereabouts? How I should try and contact him? Contact number by any chance?

Well I just talked to him VERY recently and I believe your parts along with mine should be shipped to our door within 2 weeks time. I'm not 100% sure about your parts though, but that's what he told me about mine (I ordered even before that. I think sometime last year!).


He did mention that he has a few other orders placed that he's been waiting on his suppliers to fulfill and everything should be straightened out very soon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Well if you guys managed to get in contact with him, let him know it has been over 6 months for an order that was "at the port". If you guys see him, tell him to check his PM for my number and call me so we can resolve this.

I've had something at the port for 3+ months too. I have dealt with him before and had no problems but this is getting ridiculous.

I did not get any response from him.

Any why is the vendor involved? The original payment was to him, not the vendor.

This is no longer about Eastondle, so this will be my last update, but the joker he put me in contact with has finally returned my email since my last post. And of course I did not recieve my refund but another email saying that check will be mailed out in 10 business days, again. I'm ordering from Ramy next time, at least with the long wait I know I will get my product or refund.

So is there any point in contacting this vendor? And where is Eastondle? I've bought probably $40k+ worth of stuff over the 'net in the past 14 years and this is the first time I have been ripped off. I'm annoyed over the $200, but I'm even more annoyed over the R-Magic oil cooler ducts I ordered because they are not easy to find.

I don't understand how Eastondle tried to help. He is they guy that received the money for the goods and he is responsible for either delivering them or repaying the money. This vendor crap makes no sense.

I emailed Eastondle and he told me he has a large some invested as well. I am having no luck getting in contact with them by phone or email. I am getting pissed. What is everyone planning on doing? I don't want to givee in to this. I did a google search on these guys and they had a problem on a Lancer Evo site, but the guy got his money back. I thought it would have been the same with me, but it is not. It has been over two months since they told me they would issue me a check.
