Power FC Is your ELD switch ON or OFF with engine? running
thanks Chuck
x605p747R1 ELD is an output from the Electrical Load
Control System (little box above the PFC but closer to the firewall)...tells the ecu or PFC to increase the engine speed when certain switches are on i.e. A/C, headlights etc.

ELD Switch ???
My ELD (Electrical Load) light is normally off when just the engine is running. Once I turn any thing on the ELD light comes on. I think even hitting the brake pedal and the brake lights coming on will cause the ELD light. I know once my praking lights go on the ELD is on. I have yet to try it with my stereo turned up.
Not really sure where to start checking. I could be a bad ground somewhere or corrosion. I know if you have oil all over electrical connections that can cause problems.
