Well today i was just trying to install my powerFC and i noticed that my wireing colors are in differspots....Which ones do i cut, should i cut the ones that are colored or the ones in that spot.

There are two ways to look at the wires: from the PFC's view and from the connector's view. The colors are correct. If they are reversed, than your view is wrong.

 

i mean the pins are like in the wrong spot from the picture it told me to cut it. Like instead of blue/yellow on top of brown/yellow, its beside it instead.

I saw the same sort of thing on my wiring harness. It's hard to make out some of the colors on the wiring harness. If you look CLOSELY at both sides of the harness, you should be able to find the colored wires indicated by the diagrams.

 

i found them, but instead of brown/yellow being underneeth it, it was beside it, so far i cut them and nothing yet, am i suppose to here the clicks of the relays and everything with the PFC?

like the stock ECU withthe KOKO test it would click and i can see everything move, now im not sure.
