Only NORMAL works for our cars. The manual explains what inside the NORMAL door and what it is used for.

You change that when you change your MAP sensor to a 2BAR/3BAR Map sensor. Keep normal if your map sensor is normal.

change it to option 1 and watch your car struggle to idle. Other than that, it will not boost right but will be "driveable".

Keep it on normal.. anything else is BAD.. I tried driving on option 4 cuz I didn't know that it was switched. I thought I had a bad problem with my car, anything above 6k the engine was missing bad. Makes sense because the car thought it was getting 3 more pounds of boost.

7-sins - actually it probably thought it was getting 3 TIMES the pounds of boost, not 3 pounds more (unless of course you were running 1 psi).
