What does it take to friggin get my datalogit registerd.

I've emailed about 3 times already and have yet to get an invite to their group. Nor did I get an invite when I bought it. I am pretty sure I bought it direct (i've bought new stuff from a bunch of companies so it is a bit hard to remember where everything is coming from). Mine came direct from New Zeland so I would imangine I did buy it direct, I also have a paypal transaction that appearse to be direct to them too. I'm just a bit frusterated that I drop 400 dollars and not get a response.
