Weird AFR issue on dyno

Hey all,
Just looking for a second opinion on these dyno charts during my last *attempted* tuning session.
I just completed a single turbo conversion, along with the supporting mods required without going overboard (I will explain in the mod list)
To my understanding, this system should have done the trick, but I have a gremlin somewhere and wanted to reach out to you guys.
The boost builds up and remains consistent throughout the pull, but the AFR is all over the place, and my tuner can not smooth it out with the map..
Our best guess is that I have a fuel pressure issue, as I have not upgraded the fuel pressure regulator yet
Dyno sheets attached

These are the relevant mods:

Fuel:
Denso TT Supra fuel pump (relay power supply mod underhood done, NOT rewired with heavier gauge though..)
Stock fuel pressure regulator ..... was told that it wasn't absolutely required for this setup..
KG secondary fuel rail
SFI old school 1680cc secondary injectors (resistors wired in)
Stock 550cc primary injectors (cleaned and flow tested)

Ignition:
HKS Twin-power
99 spec coils
NGK BUR9EGP x4
Taylor 8mm wires

Turbo:
XS Engineering TO4S 60-1
Cast manifold
HKS 50mm WG
HKS SSQV BOV
Greddy TB elbow
Petit Medium SMIC

Electronics:
AEM V2 Water/meth injection
AEM Tru-boost controller
AEM Oil press, Oil temp gauges
PLX SM-AFR DM6 Wideband
Apexi PowerFC with Datalogit (WB connected)

Attach the before and after PFC maps for our viewing so we can see exactly what your tuner is doing.
