Water temps. readings w/stock Rad. ?
I'm getting readings that fluctuate between 90 and 94 on the Commander. Funny thing is when I get on the Interstate doing speeds of 70 mph I see no change in temps. Still stays at about 94 and even goes up to about 96-97 at the highest sometimes. I have a new stock radiator. Are these normal temps ??
Those numbers are high. You should be between 85 and 88 or so on the highway. With the temps not coming down at speed, I would suspect flow problems: poor ducting from front-end to rad and oil cooler(s), gaps around the radiator, damage to undertray.
Of course, if you've got a front-mount and are running evans coolant, then your numbers look good.

Your radiator may be clogged a bit, thus running less efficient. I had this problem, but much worse. I was seeing temps as high as 121 C going up a grade on hot days. I am also running Evans coolant.
It turns out that my stock sized radiator may have been clogged with engine sealant from my recent rebuild. I installed a Koyo Rad. and now my temps are 85 C on the freeway or 88-91 on the city streets at stoplights.
